We build startups (venture backed) and businesses (self-financed) off our balance sheet from green field. We choose the topics, put teams on those topics and validate them. Here we’re are fully or partially operationally involved right from the start.

We like services & agency businesses, D2C, e-commerce and longevity. Other businesses are interesting as long as they can be turned profitable within 1-2 years and has a great potential.

02 Acquire

We are increasingly active in acquiring minority and majority shareholding of businesses. These could be add-ons to our existing portfolio of companies or stand alone. We’re flexible on verticals and nature of the businesses.
